If you go here, you HAVE TO get the há rojão no pão with sheep’s cheese. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life. The bifana was good too, but the former was the star of the show! The amount of flavor in that sandwich is incredible. Additionally, they pour a heavy glass of wine, the music is great, and the owner was very friendly and gave us great recommendations! Definitely worth a visit!

Bifanas filled with generous, juicy, tender pork and hint of spice was amazing paired with their recommended rose wine. Was so good I took another one with cheese. They provide chilli oil on the table which was a good addition if you enjoy a little more spice. Service was warm and sincere. Atmosphere was authentic to Porto vibe. We arrived at 11 am, there was no queue. Would definitely miss this food joint!

Delicious bifana. Soft bread, juicy and tender meat with a bit of spice. Snails were a delicious surprise. For adventurous eaters and more that enough to share.

Popped in for an unexpected early lunch break and could not have been more impressed. The owner proved a gracious and generous host openly sharing the history of the business, teaching me about the various offerings, and treating me to a taste of delicious locally-made wine that paired brilliantly with my rissole. Highly recommend!

Unbeatable prices and a great place to try your first Bifana. Make sure you pair it with a Super Bock! We forgot to get our server's name, but he was so kind and welcoming and gave us some ham slices to try. Although we didn't speak Portuguese, we were able to get by with bits of broken Portuguese, Spanish, and English. So glad we stopped in here over the larger establishments across the street.

The Portuguese equivalent to an Italian Beef! The Bifanas are simple but delicious, and you have to get a rissois with one while you're there. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. The perfect stop for a quick lunch or dinner.

Their bifana sandwich is incredible. Super juicy, tender meat and flavorful sauce. They do an extra dip into the sauce for good measure. They also have a rose wine which I was excellent as well! On top of it all, the shop owner is incredibly friendly. Great spot to come at an afternoon snack.

Best bifana I had during my time in Portugal. Meat was so juicy, tender and flavourful. The homemade chilli oil added a nice amount of heat to it. The owner is very friendly as well! Highly recommend
